It is to inform that, the following PLI CBS integration functionalities / services will be disabled in CBS production for End of Year execution from 31.03.21 / 1900 hrs to 02.04.21 (till EOY Completion).

 

1)      DOP POSB Account Inquiry

2)      Signature Inquiry

3)      PLI SI Mandate registration

4)      FI Do Transaction (EFT, cheque, EB/MB)

5)      PLI Agent commission to POSB

6)      PLI Premium payment through SI

7)      PLI Disbursement to POSB

 

Necessary RSS Feeder has been placed in McCamish.

It is requested to communicate to CPCs / POs as not to select any CBS options till EoY completion.

Finacle Login Issue Through POS

 Good morning sir/Madam. 

Finacle login thru POS issue not yet resolved. CSI, FSi and NI teams are troubleshooting. POs can work in finacle directly and get the POS cash adjusted thru legacy adjustment till such time issue is fixed. Legacy adjustment is for adjusting POS cash. It is also informed that CBS figures in daily account will reflect if atleast one entry is available in Teller  Cash GL or Vault or BO settlement account (0339) . We are still coordinating with teams for resolution. Thankyou.
