Rationalization of Administrative Units across Postal Circle for enhancing administrative efficiency, business development and revenue generation regarding - Madhya Pradesh Postal Circle.

       The administrative framework at the Regional, Divisional, and Sub-Divisional levels was reviewed by the Circle, taking into consideration various factors such as geographical area, current workload, business volume, and future organizational requirements.

       After a comprehensive review of the Administrative Units in the Circle, Madhya Pradesh Circle submitted the various proposals for the creation, rebalancing, and merger of Administrative Units through the aforesaid letter. These proposals were examined in consultation with the Internal Finance Wing and Postal Accounts Finance Wing .

Upon examination, the Competent Authority is pleased to approve the following proposals of Madhya Pradesh Circle: 

1. Creation of new Postal Region – Gwalior Region – with headquarters at Gwalior, by bifurcation/merger/redistribution of jurisdiction of the existing HQ Region (Bhopal), Jabalpur Region and Indore Region as per Annexure-"I 

2.Creation of Dhar Postal Division: - by bifurcation/merger/redistribution of jurisdiction of the existing Indore Mofussil, Indore City, Ujjain and Ratlam Postal Divisions as per Annexure-II 

3.Creation of Dewas Postal Division: - By bifurcation/merger/redistribution of jurisdiction of the existing Indore Mofussil, Indore City, Ujjain and Ratlam Postal Divisions as per Annexure-II 

4.Merger of Indore Muffasil Division and Indore City Division into Indore Division as per Annexure-III 

5. Creation of Khargone Postal Division: - by bifurcation of the existing Khandwa Postal Division, under Indore Region as per Annexure-'IV 

6.Creation of Singrauli Postal Division: - with headquarters at Singrauli, by bifurcation of the existing Rewa Postal Division, under Jabalpur Region as per Ann exu re-V. 

7.Creation of Pawai Postal Sub-Division: -  with headquarters at Pawai, by bifurcation/re-organization of the existing Sub-Divisions of Satna Postal Division, under Jabalpur Region as per Annexure-VI.

 25 एवं 26 सितंबर को डाकघरों में आयोजित होगा आधार एनरोलमेंट एवं अपडेट का विशेष महा-अभियान आयोजन के सम्बन्ध में 

भारतीय डाक विभाग द्वारा आम नागरिकों को आधार संबंधी सेवाएं सुगमता से उपलब्ध कराने तथा अधिकाधिक लोगों तक इन सेवाओं का लाभ पहुंचाने के उद्देश्य से दिनांक 25 एवं 26 सितंबर 2026 को रीवा संभाग के विभिन्न डाकघरों में आधार एनरोलमेंट एवं अपडेट का विशेष महा-अभियान आयोजित किया जा रहा है।

इस विशेष महा-अभियान के अंतर्गत नागरिकों को आधार नामांकन एवं आधार में आवश्यक विवरणों के अद्यतन की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। जिन नागरिकों का अभी तक आधार कार्ड नहीं बना है, वे नवीन आधार नामांकन हेतु संपर्क कर सकते हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त, जिन नागरिकों को अपने आधार में मोबाइल नंबर, पता अथवा अन्य आवश्यक विवरण अपडेट कराने हैं, वे भी इस अभियान का लाभ उठा सकते हैं।

इन डाकघरों में उपलब्ध रहेंगी आधार सेवाएं-

रीवा संभाग के निम्नलिखित डाकघरों में आधार संबंधी कार्य किए जाते हैं—

रीवा जिले में: रीवा प्रधान डाकघर, बैकुंठपुर, चाक, गढ़, गोविंदगढ़, गुढ़, हनुमना, जवा, जेपी नगर, कटरा, मनगवां, मनिकवार, मऊगंज, रायपुर कर्चुलियान, रीवा सिटी-1, सेमरिया, सिरमौर एवं त्योंथर।

सीधी एवं सिंगरौली जिले में: सीधी प्रधान डाकघर, चितरंगी, मझौली, चुरहट, जयंत कॉलरी, जियावन, सिंगरौली कॉलरी, विंध्यनगर एवं वैढ़न।

आधार सेवाओं का लाभ उठाने हेतु नागरिकों से अपील-

भारतीय डाक विभाग आम नागरिकों से अपील करता है कि वे इस विशेष महा-अभियान की जानकारी अपने परिवारजनों, मित्रों एवं आसपास के लोगों तक पहुंचाएं तथा जिन नागरिकों को आधार नामांकन अथवा अपडेट की आवश्यकता है, उन्हें अपने नजदीकी आधार सेवा केंद्र वाले डाकघर में संपर्क करने हेतु प्रेरित करें।

आधार संबंधी कार्यों के लिए डाकघर पहुंचते समय नागरिक अपने आवश्यक दस्तावेज साथ लेकर आएं, ताकि निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के अनुसार उनका कार्य किया जा सके।

भारतीय डाक विभाग का उद्देश्य आमजन को सुलभ, सुविधाजनक एवं विश्वसनीय आधार सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराना है। अतः सभी नागरिकों से अनुरोध है कि दिनांक 25 एवं 26 सितंबर 2026 को आयोजित इस विशेष आधार महा-अभियान में अधिकाधिक संख्या में भाग लेकर आधार संबंधी सेवाओं का लाभ उठाएं तथा इस जानकारी का व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार करें साथ ही पुराने बस स्टैंड के पास रीवा सिटी उपडाकघर में पासपोर्ट केंद्र संचालित है ,जहाँ पासपोर्ट सम्बन्धी कार्य किये जाते हैं I

“बेटियों की मुस्कान – देश की पहचान”

भारतीय डाक विभाग अपनी सामाजिक जिम्मेदारी निभाते हुए देश की बेटियों के भविष्य को सुरक्षित करने हेतु सुकन्या समृद्धि योजना (SSY) संचालित कर रहा है। यह योजना ‘बेटी बचाओ – बेटी पढ़ाओ’ अभियान का एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है।

मुख्य विशेषताएं

खाता खोलने की पात्रता:

केवल 10 वर्ष से कम आयु की बालिकाओं के नाम से ही खाता खोला जा सकता है।

एक परिवार में अधिकतम दो बेटियों के लिए खाता खोला जा सकता है।

जमा राशि:

न्यूनतम ₹250 और अधिकतम ₹1,50,000 प्रति वित्तीय वर्ष जमा किए जा सकते हैं।

ब्याज दर:

सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर घोषित आकर्षक ब्याज दर (वर्तमान में लगभग 8% से अधिक)।

कर लाभ:

जमा राशि, ब्याज और परिपक्वता राशि पूरी तरह कर मुक्त (धारा 80C के अंतर्गत)।

परिपक्वता अवधि:

खाता खोलने की तारीख से 21 वर्ष या बेटी के 18 वर्ष की आयु के बाद विवाह होने तक।

विशेष सुविधाएं:

बेटी के 18 वर्ष की आयु पूरी करने के बाद उच्च शिक्षा हेतु आंशिक निकासी की सुविधा।

डाक जीवन बीमा: सुरक्षित निवेश और सरकारी गारंटी, जानिए कैसे उठाएँ फ़ायदा

भारतीय डाक विभाग (India Post) न केवल बचत योजनाएँ बल्कि कई प्रकार की बीमा योजनाएँ (Postal Life Insurance – PLI और Rural Postal Life Insurance – RPLI) भी संचालित करता है। ये योजनाएँ शहरी और ग्रामीण दोनों क्षेत्रों के लिए उपलब्ध हैं।

  📌 1️⃣ डाक जीवन बीमा (Postal Life Insurance – PLI)

 👉 शुरुआत – 1 फरवरी 1884 को ब्रिटिश काल में शुरू की गई।

👉 लक्ष्य – सरकारी कर्मचारियों के लिए कम प्रीमियम पर अधिक बीमा सुरक्षा।

 ✅ PLI की प्रमुख विशेषताएँ:

 सबसे पुरानी सरकारी बीमा योजना।

 प्राइवेट बीमा कंपनियों की तुलना में कम प्रीमियम और अधिक बोनस रेट।

 सरकारी कर्मचारी, PSU कर्मचारी, बैंक कर्मचारी, शिक्षण संस्थान, और अन्य चुनी हुई संस्थाओं के कर्मचारी पात्र हैं।

 🔹 PLI के प्रकार

1️⃣ (Whole Life Assurance – Suraksha)-जीवनभर बीमा सुरक्षा, मृत्यु पर राशि + बोनस।

2️⃣ (Endowment Assurance – Santosh)-एक निश्चित अवधि तक प्रीमियम, अवधि पूरी होने पर रकम + बोनस।

3️⃣ (Convertible Whole Life – Suvidha)-शुरू में Whole Life, बाद में Endowment में बदला जा सकता है।

4️⃣ (Children Policy – Bal Jeevan Bima) -20 साल की उम्र के बच्चों के लिए (माता/पिता के PLI पॉलिसी होने पर)।

5️⃣ (Joint Life – Yugal Suraksha)-पति-पत्नी के नाम पर एक संयुक्त बीमा पॉलिसी।

6️⃣ (Anticipated Endowment – Sumangal)-समय-समय पर सर्वाइवल बेनिफिट्स देने वाली मनी-बैक योजना।

 2️⃣ ग्रामीण डाक जीवन बीमा (Rural Postal Life Insurance – RPLI)

शुरुआत – 1995 में, ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में बीमा सुरक्षा देने के लिए।

लक्ष्य – गांवों में रहने वाले लोग भी कम प्रीमियम में बीमा लाभ उठा सकें।

✅ RPLI की प्रमुख विशेषताएँ:

PLI की तरह ही प्लान, लेकिन ग्रामीण ग्राहकों के लिए।

न्यूनतम प्रीमियम, अधिकतम बोनस।

ग्रामीण जनता, किसान, मजदूर, दुकानदार, स्वरोजगार लोग सभी पात्र।

 RPLI की योजनाएँ

1️⃣ ग्राम सुरक्षा (Whole Life)

account. The deducted amount shall be adjusted through office account (SOLID+0023) at the time of RD maturity payment. In other words, the outstanding RD Loan/Interest of matured RD accounts shall not be collected from the
