Regarding acceptance of LOTs from MPKBY agent of other SOLs
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am directed to convey the following
Due to COVID 19 lockdown, we received several mails from circle on acceptance of SAS/MPKBY agent transactions in nearby offices which are functioning.
Necessary changes have been made in HDSAMM menu for change of SOL ID of the agent to HO SET or Circle SET depending on the situation in the circle. Once the parent sol id is changed to SET ID, transactions can be accepted in any post office as approved by Circle/Division.
Agent reports will also be generated in the sol where the transaction is accepted for accounting the same.
It is also informed that it is the responsibility of the concerned PO to change the SET ID to SOL ID once the lockdown restrictions are removed.
This has the approval of DDG FS sir.
