Central employees to download "Arogya Setu" App mandatorily - OM dtd 29.04.2020
......(i) All the officers, staff (including outsourced staff) working in Central Government should download 'Aarogyasetu' App on their mobile phones, immediately.
(ii) Before starting for office, they must review their status on 'Aarogyasetu' and commute only when the app shows 'safe' or 'low risk' status.
(iii) The officers/staff are advised that in case the App shows a message that he/she has a 'moderate' or 'high risk' calculated on the basis of Bluetooth proximity ("recent contact with infected person"), he/she should not come to office and self isolate for 14 days or till the status becomes 'safe' or 'low risk'....

Subject:- Extension of PPF Scheme up to Single Handed Sub Post Offices – regarding.
Sir / Madam,
The references have been received in this office from time to time to expand PPF scheme to Single Handed Sub Post Offices. The matter was examined in detail in the light of the recently notified Public Provident Fund Rules, 2019 and the competent authority has accordingly approved for extension of PPF scheme up to Single Handed Sub Post Offices with immediate effect.
2. Necessary amendments in the Inspection Questionnaire of Sub Post Offices will be issued by the concerned branch of the Directorate to avoid the any possibility of any fraud.
3. It is requested to circulate this SB Order to all concerned for information and necessary action. The same may also be placed on the notice boards of the Post Offices in public area.
4. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.

Get Ready For Laptop Based Solution DARPAN (RICT) BOs || There's Some Condition Read More

Sir/Madam,
1. This is regarding supply of additional DARPAN devices to the Circles.
2. Competent Authority has approved purchase of 9000 additional DARPAN devices for the newly created BOs, BOs in LWE areas and for training purposes at PTCs & WTCs.
3. Since, present BO Devices are having limitation in terms of connectivity (3G only), smaller screen and uneasy keyboard, the DARPAN PIC has decided to go for Laptop based solution at BOs instead of the existing handheld MCD devices for the new procurement.
4. For now, the Laptop Based solution shall be implemented only in the BOs with the following criteria fulfilled. c
5. Knowledgeable BPM who knows how to operate Laptop and who takes keen interest in doing more business at his BO
6. Transaction volume – More than 50 transactions per day
7. Heavy booking of registered /Speed Post / eMO/ Parcels
8. Broadband /4G availability during the office’s hours Infrastructure – Adequate table space for working with light and fan for comfortable working during summer. Dust free environment should be ensured.
9. Power - Power supply for charging Laptop and using Printer. Above criteria are only indicative. Circles can add more criteria as per the requirement.
